Lorenna Freitas

Lorenna holds a diploma in remedial massage from Mastery Institute Australia, and has a passion for health. She specializes in providing pain relief and relaxation through medium to light pressure techniques, with a particular interest in neck, shoulder, and back pain. She is currently studying myotherapy and wants to specialize in neuromuscular treatment.

Lorenna discovered the remedial massage, when she was researching about courses that could increase her knowledge in health and wellbeing. In addition to massage, she has also held a degree in Exercise Science since 2015. During her career, she has taught in schools and coached artistic gymnastics. In 2023 she discovered a new passion in remedial massage.

Her interest in the fitness industry began early, practicing competitive artistic gymnastics from age 5 to 17, which inspired her to pursue a degree in Exercise Science. In the near future, she also plans to study Physiotherapy.

In her spare time, she likes to go to the cinema and read. She also enjoys spending time practicing cheerleading, dancing and having quality time with family and friends.
