Caity Forrest

Caity completed her Bachelor of Science in Chiropractic and Master of Clinical Chiropractic at Central Queensland University in Brisbane. Throughout her academic journey she was always drawn to the idea of a multi modality approach having experienced the amazing results this could bring throughout her time playing netball, training in the gym as well as pilates.

Her passion in this field was not unnoticed and the lead sports lecturers at university personally took pride in upskilling her as she committed to many courses outside of her training having her graduate at the top of her game with a range of modalities to lead patient care.

Caity is committed to supporting and empowering her patients as they navigate injury and setbacks. She believes in providing individualised care tailored to each patient's specific needs, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. She has a deep passion for learning and a keen interest in ongoing academic exploration of treatment approaches, all with the goal of delivering the utmost quality of care to her patients. Being trained in a range of modalities Caity’s true strength lies in her hands on soft tissue therapy utilising Active Release Technique with a hell of a grip! Further to this she has some of the strongest manual adjusting skills to maintain good joint health. Once she has the patient out of the acute pain they present with her goal is to make sure this injury is resolved permanently and does not reaggravate. To achieve this she then empowers her patients with customised rehabilitative exercises specific to patient needs.
