Andy Chesney

Andy graduated AUT university, Auckland with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy in 2018, he has since spent the last five years working as a physiotherapist in private practice and with local sports clubs in Wellington, New Zealand. Including both working and travelling with elite and national level football teams and academies.

Relocating to Brisbane in 2023, Andy’s excited to continue to share his passion and expertise to help people live and perform without the limitations of pain or injury holding them back.

Andy has a background in sports. Playing football, rugby and currently competing in CrossFit, where his passion stemmed from experiencing first-hand the struggles and frustration of injury and pain.

As a physiotherapist he’s seen a lot of people living in pain, simply because they think their injury is too much to be resolved, or that persistent pain is just part of training, working, living, or getting older. But that doesn’t need to be the case.

Andy has deep understanding of the demands involved in a wide range of sports and activities and specialises in treating sports injuries and improving both daily function and athletic performance.

In his spare time, you’ll find Andy exploring and enjoying the Queensland outdoors or training as a competitive CrossFit athlete.
